We all know the feeling. You buy something new but when you get it home it just won't fit . . .
Staff at Hotel Penrallt at Aberporth had a monster-size problem when a new industrial tumble drier proved too heavy to carry upstairs to the hotel laundry.
But help was at hand when guests - helicopter crew Paul Smith and Phil Hulme - offered to fly the quarter of a ton machine onto a first floor balcony.
"I don't know what we would have done without them," said hotel manager Lucy Chalker.
