Priority must be given to Welsh

I was astounded to read Elizabeth Davey's comment under `Visual impact is important' in last week's Tivy-Side, though I shouldn't really have been surprised, knowing that it was not written by an indigenous person, who considers that the town council is on a `backward road again' (no explanation given) - is it simply because it strives to safeguard the Welsh language, our native tongue - by insisting that priority should be given to the language, on leaflets targeted for tourists.  more...
