THEY'RE young, they're hip and they're bound to be the next big thing!
Theatr Mwldan is playing host to Gwyl A-Beat Teifi Rock on Friday evening.
The event - Cardigan's first bilingual youth rock and pop music event - has been organised by Menter Aberteifi and the Christian Lewis Trust.
The evening will feature performances by six of west Wales' outstanding young bands and artists who will battle it out to be `Best of the West' and a first prize of £100 plus two days recording at Cardigan's Fflach Studios.
The line up includes Strap On Happy, from St Davids, The Lively Lads from Cardigan, Prophecy from Newcastle Emlyn, SWN from Llandysul, Fencs from Llanon and Simon Greenhalgh from Cardigan. Tickets are £4 (£3) and available from Theatr Mwldan.
